ELC & K Admission

School Tour and Trial Lesson

Sakura International School and Kansai International School Kobe conduct free trial lessons and information sessions for those who are interested in sending children to our schools or preschools.

The process of admission varies depending on the course. Please contact the nearest campus for details.

  • The new school year starts in April.
  • If there is a vacancy in the class, the child can be admitted at any time.

School Tour（ELC / Kindergarten）

School manager will take you individually to a school tour. School managers will give you information about our course, curriculum, and will hear your personal thoughts and concerns to suggest a suitable course for you and your child. (duration: 90min-120min)

Trial Lesson（Baby / Toddler）

The trial lesson includes English songs, baby signs, flash cards used in right brain development programmes. It is open to both child and parent/ guardian so you can also experience the lesson content and the atmosphere. 
You can experience the actual class with your child. (40 minutes).
The school manager gives you a brief explanation of the course. (about 20 minutes)

Sakura International School has met the standards set by the government and is accredited so please be reassured. 

At our kindergarten, families in K1, K2 and K3 can receive up to 37,000 yen per month regardless of income. 

Please check with your local municipal office for details and procedures regarding financial support. 

In households with stay-at-home parents, childcare services at unlicensed kindergartens or after-school programs at kindergartens are not covered by the free childcare policy.
